For the past week I’ve been craving nature. Simple remedy: Go to the lake and fish.
This morning, however, it felt necessary to go to the backyard and listen to the birds, listen to the drops of rain falling from the leaves, and take some pictures of beautiful mother earth.
The Amazon is on fire, and my soul aches for our planet.

It’s all breathing,
It’s all feeling,
Looking alive,
It’s so divine,
The touch of the wind on ones face,
None of it can be replaced.
Trials and challenges, with those we are faced,
But one mustn’t get caught up in the rat race.
Life is lovely,
Can’t you see?
Look to the sky, look to the trees…
Gaia, all breathing,
All feeling,
So divine,
Thank you for giving me wings to fly.
